Using the platform
Who can use aimap?
The intended service allows public signup. Participants can run surveys, generate assessments, store results, and share completed reports under the Terms of Use. This draft does not announce that the service is already live.
Is it free?
Public signup does not mean unlimited or permanently free use. Fierce Love, LLC may charge for assessment volume, storage, team features, or practitioner accounts. Any applicable prices and purchase terms must be shown before you agree to pay.
Can I use it with paying clients?
Yes. You may charge for coaching and facilitation using the hosted platform without a separate commercial license. Keep the platform’s attribution and obtain the participant’s permission to use their report.
Is this a validated psychological test?
No. It is a research-informed developmental profile for reflection and conversation. The original capacity model has not been independently validated as a psychometric assessment. It is not a diagnosis or a basis for ranking people. AI-assisted explanations may contain errors.
Content, software, and branding
Is the software open source?
No. The code remains proprietary. Permission to use the hosted platform does not grant permission to copy the software, self-host it, or operate another instance.
Can I rebrand the assessment or sell my own version?
White labeling, removing attribution, reproducing proprietary materials, embedding the assessment in another product, selling a standalone assessment product based on our materials, and offering branded certification require a separate written agreement. Standard hosted coaching and facilitation remain permitted.
Can I translate your materials or publish a training manual?
Requests to translate original materials or republish them in manuals are handled through individual written agreements. No reseller or certification program is granted by default.
Do you claim ownership of the underlying ideas or public-domain questions?
No. General ideas and methods are distinct from original text, code, and artwork. Some questions come from public-domain IPIP and SPI materials. Those source permissions remain available independently. Our terms do not create exclusive rights over them or restrict uses protected by applicable law.
Who owns the content I submit?
You retain whatever rights you hold in your contributions. Fierce Love, LLC receives limited permission to deliver the service and authorized sharing, improve its assessments and related tools using eligible data, and publish privacy-reviewed aggregate findings as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Data, training, and privacy
Will my responses be used for training?
Eligible structured responses may be used to improve Fierce Love’s assessments and related tools, including scoring research, validity studies, report explanations, and assessment AI. There is no separate optional training opt-in. These uses need clear notice and an applicable lawful basis; any rights required by law still apply.
What is excluded from training?
Free-text feedback and complete personal reports are excluded initially. Identifiers and identifying context must be removed from structured responses, followed by a privacy review. Removing names alone is insufficient. Data and trained models must be tested for identification and disclosure risks; approaches that cannot meet the privacy requirements must be excluded or stopped.
Can an AI provider train unrelated models on our responses?
Our policy does not authorize that. Providers must be limited to the permitted service purposes. We do not sell training datasets. Any actual AI provider and its handling of report-generation data must be reviewed and disclosed before use.
Can findings appear in research, benchmarks, or marketing?
Yes, as privacy-reviewed aggregate findings. Small or distinctive groups must be suppressed, identifiable quotes excluded, and comparisons reviewed for ways they might reveal individuals or organizations. The three-response report threshold does not make a group safe for publication or training.
Do you promise 100% privacy?
No. Privacy is a strict design requirement, but an absolute zero-risk guarantee would be misleading. The service must protect confidential feedback, restrict access, and review datasets, models, and aggregate publications for disclosure risks. These controls must be implemented and checked before launch.
What happens to my data when I delete my account?
Identifiable contributions must be removed from future training, and personal records and identifiable training copies deleted under the published schedule, subject to necessary legal retention. Previously produced anonymous statistics may remain. Retaining a trained model requires checking for personal information and meeting any applicable deletion duties. Complete unlearning is not promised, and deleting an account does not erase copies of reports already shared with others.
Can I exercise privacy rights without a training opt-in switch?
Yes. The absence of a separate optional training switch does not waive rights under applicable law, including any required objection, restriction, deletion, or opt-out process. The working contact and request process must be published before collection begins.
Questions and requests
Fierce Love, LLC will publish a contact for reuse requests and a privacy request channel before these policies take effect. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy contain the detailed proposed policy. This FAQ explains them and does not grant additional rights.
