About these terms
These Terms of Use describe the proposed agreement between you and Fierce Love, LLC for aimap, our hosted developmental assessment platform. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Fierce Love, LLC. “You” includes assessment participants, invited respondents, and practitioners using the service.
When these terms take effect, they will govern account creation, surveys, assessments, stored results, reports, and related platform features. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Separate written agreements may grant additional permissions.
Using the hosted platform
You may sign up, run surveys, generate assessments, store results, and share completed reports within the permissions below. Keep account credentials and invitation links secure. Submit information you are entitled to provide, and do not use the service to harass people, expose confidential feedback, bypass access controls, or identify individual invited respondents from aggregate results.
Public signup does not promise unlimited or permanently free service. Prices, usage limits, and any subscription or renewal terms must be shown before you agree to a charge. Access to paid features depends on the applicable purchase terms.
Paid coaching and facilitation
You may charge for coaching or facilitation that uses our hosted platform without a separate commercial license. Keep the platform’s product name, attribution, and notices on its materials. You may discuss a consenting participant’s report and use it in that participant’s development work.
This permission does not authorize you to sell a standalone assessment product, reproduce proprietary assessment materials, run another instance of the software, remove our branding, claim our endorsement, or issue certifications under our brand.
Sharing and using completed reports
A completed report concerns a particular participant. With that participant’s permission, you may download or otherwise lawfully obtain an available report, share it outside the platform, and use it in a paid client engagement. Sharing must retain attribution and preserve the confidentiality of individual invited respondents. Do not use sharing to expose another person’s private answers.
You may annotate the report and quote excerpts in reflections or a client development plan. Make your additions and edits distinguishable from the platform’s original findings. Do not represent altered findings as our conclusions.
Permission to use and share reports you lawfully obtained continues after your subscription ends or your account closes, under these same conditions. This does not promise continued hosted access or storage. Permission to share a completed report does not include permission to republish reusable questionnaires, templates, or report libraries.
Our materials, your contributions, and source materials
We reserve the rights we hold in our proprietary software, original questions and explanations, report designs, illustrations, and other original materials. You receive permission to use them through the hosted platform and in completed reports as described here. Copying or distributing proprietary software, self-hosting it, reproducing proprietary assessment materials, or embedding them in another product requires a separate written agreement, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
You retain whatever rights you hold in the content you submit. You grant Fierce Love, LLC a nonexclusive permission to process, store, and display that content to provide the service and sharing you authorize, and to use eligible information for the limited improvement and aggregate-reporting purposes in our Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your contributions or override privacy rights. It continues only to the extent needed for those purposes and permitted retention.
Some questions come from public-domain IPIP and SPI materials. We do not claim exclusive rights to those source materials, underlying ideas or methods, or third-party research. Their existing permissions remain available independently of this platform. These terms do not restrict uses protected by applicable law.
Our names, logos, and other brand identifiers remain subject to the rights we hold in them. Standard attribution is permitted; use implying endorsement, affiliation, or certification requires written permission. We do not claim that every name or logo is a registered trademark.
Reuse that needs a separate agreement
Contact Fierce Love, LLC before white labeling the platform or reports, translating our original materials, publishing a training manual containing them, republishing proprietary content, selling a standalone assessment product based on our materials, embedding our assessment in another product, self-hosting our software, or offering branded certification.
We handle these requests individually. No reseller, certification, or sublicensing rights are granted by default. This requirement concerns rights we actually hold; it does not create exclusive rights over public-domain materials or general methods.
Improvement, research, and training
Eligible contributed data may be used to improve our assessments and related tools, including scoring research, validity studies, report explanations, and assessment AI. We do not offer a separate optional training opt-in. These uses must be clearly disclosed before collection and must have an applicable lawful basis. The absence of an optional opt-in does not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
Training initially uses only structured responses that pass a privacy review after identifiers and identifying context have been removed. Free-text feedback and complete personal reports are excluded from training. Removing names alone is not enough. Datasets and trained models must be assessed for identification and disclosure risk; data and approaches that cannot meet the privacy requirements must be excluded or stopped.
We do not sell training datasets or authorize providers to train unrelated models on responses. Privacy-reviewed aggregate findings may appear in research, benchmarks, and marketing. See the Privacy Policy for the scope, safeguards, and deletion limits.
What an assessment can tell you
aimap is a research-informed tool for reflection and development. Its original capacity model has not been independently validated as a psychometric assessment. A report is not a clinical diagnosis, performance appraisal, norm-referenced ranking, or guarantee about a person’s abilities or future behavior.
Use reports as one input to a conversation, with attention to context and the limits of self-report and invited feedback. Do not use them as a substitute for clinical judgment or as the sole basis for high-stakes employment or other consequential decisions about a person. AI-assisted explanations may contain errors and should be reviewed.
Account closure and changes
You may request account closure and deletion of personal information. The Privacy Policy explains removal from future training, necessary legal retention, anonymous statistics, and assessment of retained models. Closure may end hosted access to stored results. Your permissions for lawfully obtained reports continue as described above.
We may restrict access to address misuse or security threats, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement. Material changes to these terms or our data practices will be communicated before they apply, with any additional steps required by law. We will not treat a quiet policy edit as permission for undisclosed reuse of previously collected information.
